Grant grew up in northern Vermont before attending law school in Oregon, and then ultimately relocated to Truckee, California where he represents clients throughout California and Central Oregon in a wide variety of litigation matters. He is a passionate problem solver and is dedicated to the pursuit of advancing client interests by finding unique and creative solutions to complex issues.

Experience

 

Prior to cofounding High West Law, PC, Grant worked for a litigation-focused law firm in Bend, Oregon where his practice centered on resolving complex business and employment disputes. Additionally, Grant has experience helping clients resolve matters involving municipal, construction, real estate, and landlord-tenant law.

Grant also has experience navigating clients through alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration, which can often be useful tools to resolve conflicts without the expense and uncertainty of formal litigation.
