Keenan grew up in Rochester, New York before making his way westward to Utah, and then ultimately settling down in Truckee, California where he represents clients throughout California and Nevada on business, real estate, and construction matters. He is tenacious and hardworking, with a reputation for navigating risk, being inventive, and closing deals.

Prior to building High West Law, PC, Keenan worked at a Northern California and Nevada regional law firm as a lawyer in their transactional and civil litigation departments.

In addition to his legal skills, Keenan has a proven track record of building and leading teams, increasing morale, collaboration, and quality, and designing and implementing strategies that grow team revenues.
