Damon was born and raised in northern Nevada where he attended and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno. After attending law school in San Diego, Damon relocated back to the Reno/Tahoe area where he represents clients throughout Nevada and California on business-related matters, construction disputes, and civil litigation. He is diligent and committed to developing strategies resulting in the best outcome for each client and their respective matters.

Experience

 

Prior to cofounding High West Law, PC, Damon worked for a Northern California and Nevada regional firm in their business and civil litigation departments. Damon’s experience working for a mid-size insurance defense firm enhanced his litigation skills to diligently represent his clients. He has successfully litigated matters resulting in early resolution through settlement, mediation, and arbitration.
